Invoicing – Customer Service Clerk

Small business located in the North Hills near I279 Camp Horne Road exit, in need of a Full-Time Invoicing/Customer Service Clerk. The ideal candidate will possess; excellent typing skills, good math aptitude and analytical ability, general order entry/invoicing software familiarity, filing proficiency, phone etiquette and have the ability to multi-task. The candidate must also be flexible, punctual and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typing: 65 WPM minimum
• Previous order entry/invoicing experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent work ethic and math aptitude
